To apply for access to online wholesale ordering through our site, complete this form. We review all requests for legitimacy, which may take a few days. We only allow retail stores and online wholesalers with prior approval.

Business Status

  1. Business must be a certified business with a company name
  2. Business must have a State Sales Tax number and or federal EIN
  3. Order minimum is $1000
  4. Suggested retail price cannot be below MAP (minimum advertised price)

Online Resale Policy

Atelier Sanba products may not be resold on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other 3rd party platforms.

Pricing

  1. We will try to notify your business of any price changes in advance however we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment

  1. We accept all major credit cards.
  2. Once you place your order, it will be reviewed and any freight charges will be added, then final invoice will be emailed to you.
  3. Payment is due upon receipt of final invoice.

Production and shipping

  1. Production of your order will start as soon as the payment is received.
  2. Your order will typically be shipped within 7-21 days upon receipt (depending on quantities).
  3. Shipping is via your preferred shipping method, which you must specify at time of order.
  4. We are not responsible for any carrier shipping delays that are beyond our control.

Returns

  1. Returns are not accepted as each item is handmade to order.
  2. If you receive any damaged product, please notify us immediately.
